Every month HR Answers provides programming written specifically for Multifamily NW members. This month's webinar will focus on the Handbook Essentials, guided by Jennifer Schoorl.

We will cover the essentials of conducting an internal investigation, including best business practices and the necessary steps for a thorough investigation. Additionally, we will discuss effective communication with involved employees and maintaining confidentiality throughout the process.

Despite an organization's best efforts to manage employee relations and enforce policies, issues and reports will inevitably arise.
