Nicholas Smith is an associate in the Litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder. Mr. Smith focuses his practice on Civil and Landlord Tenant Litigation. He has proficient experience and understanding of the Oregon Landlord Tenant Act, including local ordinances and rules of evidence and procedure. Prior to joining Greenspoon Marder, Mr. Smith has advised clients on all stages of litigation including forcible entry and detainer actions, legal developments, negotiated cost-effective resolutions to disputes and advocated for his clients in mediation and at trial.
