Her career spans roles as a Leasing Professional, Property Manager, multi-site supervisor, and senior executive, where she led teams of more than 200 employees, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and oversaw diverse real estate portfolios.

She holds the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor, Certified Apartment Manager, and Certified Apartment Leasing Professional credentials from the National Apartment Association and serves as NAAEI Faculty, facilitating credentials and supporting industry education nationwide.

As President and CEO of Katie Rigsby Inspires, LLC, she provides consulting and professional development services designed to strengthen customer service, sales, marketing, leadership, and Fair Housing compliance within property management teams. Katie is actively involved in both her state and national apartment associations, is a licensed Louisiana Realtor, and a professional member of the National Speakers Association.
