Q: Can you share a recent success story or a particular project that exemplifies your company’s capabilities?
Earlier this year, Kennedy Restoration was called in after a major pipe burst caused extensive water damage throughout a 40-unit multifamily property. Within hours, our emergency response team was on site, extracting water, setting up drying equipment, and coordinating with property management to minimize disruption for residents.

Over the following weeks, we handled everything from structural drying and mold prevention to drywall, flooring, and paint restoration—working closely with tenants and ownership to keep the project on track and communication clear.

Thanks to our team's coordination, craftsmanship, and commitment to quality, the property was fully restored ahead of schedule and with minimal tenant displacement. It’s a perfect example of how we combine speed, skill, and care to restore not just buildings—but peace of mind.
