Paulo joined Mission Rock Residential with no prior maintenance experience and has grown into an exceptional maintenance professional through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to learning.
His character extends far beyond his work. While at a pool with his family, Paulo saw a young boy drowning and immediately jumped into action. He called for emergency help, assisted with the rescue, and helped the child begin breathing again. The boy was transported to the hospital and made a full recovery.
Paulo’s courage, composure, compassion, and willingness to act when someone needed help embody what it means to be a Maintenance Legend.
