Virtual Spectrum Exhibitor FAQs
How does the virtual booth work? Basically, the virtual booth is a profile for your company where you can add product/service details, videos, social media and contact links, rep contact info and you can also enable live chat and set up a contact request form. |
What does “bigger virtual footprint” for a Premium booth entail? Literally a bigger virtual space so your company name is bigger on the map |
Do you have any guidance/recommendations/expectations on hours our staff should be “attending” the virtual booth for the whole time or parts of the day? We are planning on having “exhibit time” in the morning, at lunch and at end of day. I would advise availability during either the morning or lunchtime being the most important. |
Can vendor attendees join the education sessions? Yes |
Is there a vendor staffing limit (e.g. 2 per booth)? You can add contact info for up to 20 reps, but we would prefer you limit "attendance" to 8 reps. Please contact events@multifamilynw.org if you have questions about this. |
I know this is your first virtual Spectrum, but any sense of # attendees expected? We are guessing it will be around 1000 – which is a little less than our in-person event. Our webinar attendance has been almost triple our in-person class attendance, but we are still anticipating a little smaller crowd because of the prolonged effects of COVID on budgets. |
When will I have access to the virtual event platform? Exhibitors will be given Administration access to the platform to start building their profile as soon as their registration is confirmed. |
I am a Supplier, can I register without purchasing a booth? YES, you can register as an attendee and view webinars and participate in virtual events, however you are not able to receive any attendee information or access exhibitor or sponsor benefits. |
Will there be engagement opportunities for Suppliers and Attendees? YES. The Spectrum committee has two engagement-specific subcommittees planning activities and engagement strategies. Do you have suggestions and ideas? Contact the MFNW Events Team and we will connect you with the committee. |
What is the Virtual Cancellation Policy? Registration fees are non-refundable. Members are able to transfer their registration fees to an account credit only before September 1, 2020. Multifamily NW regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. |
