Virtual Spectrum Attendee FAQs

What is the cost of Virtual Spectrum?

Attendees have the option of either Full Conference attendance for $99/Members and $199/Non-Members or Single Day attendance for $50/Members and $99/Non-Members.

What are the benefits of Full Conference attendance? 

Access to the full 5-day virtual conference including all events and activities. Full-conference attendees will have 6 sessions per day to choose from. Attend one, two or all six. Most sessions will be qualified for CEUs (WA topics excluded).

What is Single Day attendance?

Single Day attendees choose which day to participate in the conference and are granted limited access to the platform. Single-day attendees can earn up to 6 CEUs for qualified sessions.

What are the registration policies?

Registration fees are non-refundable. Members are able to transfer their registration fees to an account credit only before September 1, 2020. Multifamily NW regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions are gladly accepted! Substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the virtual event start date by submitting a written request to info@multifamilynw.org. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.

Special Offers/Discount Codes Policy:

Use of discount codes is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Limit one (1) special offer/discount code per registration.

When will I have access to the virtual event platform?

All attendees must have a unique email address registered to get platform access. Attendees will receive an email notification from the MFNW Events Team, when the platform is available for them in August.

Exhibitors will be given Administration access to the platform to start building their profile as soon as their registration is confirmed.

How do I log in to the virtual event platform?

All attendees will be provided access instructions in late August. The Spectrum committee will also be hosting 2 info sessions for attendees to get familiar with the platform before the week of the event. Info sessions will be listed on the Events Calendar.

How do I pick which classes I want to attend?

Once you have access to the event platform, you are able to register for the specific sessions you want to attend live or watch the recording of On Demand. Attendees must register for sessions with the same email they register for the conference and each attendee must have a unique email. Emails not registered for the conference will be removed from session registrations.

I am a Supplier, can I register without purchasing a booth?

YES, you can register as an attendee and view webinars and participate in virtual events, however you are not able to receive any attendee information or access exhibitor or sponsor benefits.

Will there be engagement opportunities for Suppliers and Attendees?

YES. The Spectrum committee has two engagement-specific subcommittees planning activities and engagement strategies. Do you have suggestions and ideas? Contact the MFNW Events Team and we will connect you with the committee.
