We all have unconscious bias: being self aware of your own bias and understanding how to manage them has a huge impact on the way we interact with others. Your background +Your life experiences = Your story

Join us as Ty breaks down the different phases of bias and  talks about some real ways to first acknowledge them and then, understand them. "When we diminish ideas or beliefs because they represent a different point of view, we limit ourselves. Seeking understanding is a good way to acknowledge the ideas or belief of others, as well as becoming more self - aware of your own thoughts."
