This class will cover the requirements, considerations, and pitfalls associated with filing and proceeding with a residential eviction case in Oregon during and after COVID related moratoria. It will cover multiple jurisdictions and is intended to arm property managers with knowledge sufficient to avoid costly mistakes. This will include an update with the most recent information from Gov. Brown's Executive Order 20-56, Multnomah County and HB 4213. We will also be covering some frequently asked questions from the September session.
