Event Details

This class will provide a review of federal, state, and local fair housing laws including what's protected, what isn't, common violations, and who must comply with the law.  The remainder of the class will provide historical context to how and why we have the protections we do in housing today, as well as opportunity for Q&A and discussion.  A great session for any history buffs and those interested in peeking behind the curtain of current laws to appreciate the impetus for them.
