Webinar: HR Answers - Don't Be A Bad Boss
Multifamily NW Welcomes: Eric Wilson, HR Answers
Zoom Webinar
Event Details
We have witnessed many aspects of being a Bad Boss in the behavior of Michael Scott (Steve Carell’s character) as well as the years of content provided through the Dilbert comic strip.
We have had them, and we don’t want to be one of them, do we?
Those “Bad Bosses” exhibit a laundry list of issues and traits that can turn any work environment sour. We will go over some of the things that the Bad Bosses that you have experienced did that made them “Bad”. More importantly, we will discuss the traits found in the Great Bosses out there. We will shortlist those things to avoid and those things to incorporate more often into your leadership role as the “Boss”.
Topics of our interactive discussion to include:
- What makes a Bad Boss?
- What Qualities make a Great Boss?
- What are the differences between a Leader and a Boss?
- Determining at least one take-away that you will endeavor to put into practice to move you toward being a “Better” Boss than you were before the session.
Are there some issues that you have seen? Do you have any pearls of wisdom for your cohorts? The facilitator will be bringing some “best practices” while seeking the input of the real professionals – you! Questions in advance are of benefit to everyone, the facilitator will build in content with your dilemmas and debacles in mind.
Come to this Multifamily NW Webinar session to gain some insights and have the opportunity to field some of your own “Good Boss” and “Bad Boss” situations for guidance from each other as well as from our HR Answers webinar facilitator. Sending your “special” situations in advance of the meeting (EWilson@HRAnswers.com) is encouraged to allow those elements to be included in the webinar session.
