Zoom Webinar
Event Details
Providing Employees ongoing feedback is an essential part of supervising and providing opportunities for success in the workplace for all employees.
At times, when we think of giving and receiving feedback at work, we think of not so happy memories and employee reviews.
To inspire self-confidence, having employees feel engaged and excited, thinking of how we present feedback is critical to drive employee development and growth.
Create a culture of feedback is possible.
We will discuss some examples of feedback and how to learn from conversations with employees.
Come to this Multifamily NW Webinar session to gain some insights and have to opportunity to field some of your own “Providing Feedback” for guidance from each other as well as from our HR Answers webinar facilitator. Sending your “special” situations in advance of the meeting (alee@HRAnswers.com) is encouraged to allow those elements to be included in the webinar session.
