***NEW TIME!***
Fostering A Respectful Workplace: NOW AN OREGON STATE REQUIREMENT!!
Unfortunately, with a rise of harassing and discriminatory behaviors in organizations the State has seen fit to set new rules in place for employers of all sizes to have a Harassment Policy and provide Training for ALL Employees. If you have not heard about this (we know you have been busy with some other activities) the law passed last October 1.
Our discussion will focus on what steps you need to take to be in compliance with this new law and what your training needs to cover for employees and for supervisors.
Come prepared to participate and bring along your questions. This is a great time and place to share your processes and tools with other attendees.
