Nicholas Smith is an associate in the Litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder. Mr. Smith focuses his practice on Civil and Landlord Tenant Litigation. He has proficient experience and understanding of the Oregon Landlord Tenant Act, including local ordinances and rules of evidence and procedure.
