New for 2020! Multifamily NW is offering Membership Luncheons every other month staring in January. Luncheons will be held at the Crown Plaza Hotel near downtown Portland. For March’s topic we’re welcoming landlord/tenant law attorney Nathan Pogue to talk about the allocation of risk in the management agreement as it relates to Portland's new Fair Access in Renting “FAIR” ordinances. Learn how to shift the unnecessary liability away from property managers.

The FAIR ordinances become effective on March 1, 2020.
