Clark County’s New Eviction Resolution Program (ERP)

Bradley S. Kraus of Warren Allen LLP will guide attendees through Clark County’s new Eviction Resolution Program (ERP). As one of the first attorneys to have utilized this new program, and a member of the discussion group monitoring development of the ERP program, Mr. Kraus will cover the ERP rules, strategies and nuances. He’ll also provide valuable information that’s otherwise unobtainable by a mere reading of the new laws. ERP will soon be mandatory for all Clark County landlords, so don’t miss this lecture!
