Meet the Inaugural 2026 ASPIRE Rising Leader Cohort

That's why we're thrilled to introduce the inaugural 2026 ASPIRE Rising Leader Cohort, a new program designed to recognize, connect, and develop emerging leaders from across Oregon and Southwest Washington's multifamily housing industry.
This year's cohort includes 31 outstanding professionals representing property management companies, supplier partners, maintenance teams, operations leaders, accounting professionals, marketers, and future executives. Nominated by their organizations for their leadership potential, commitment to excellence, and positive impact on their teams and communities, these individuals embody the future of our industry.
Throughout the coming year, cohort members will participate in networking opportunities, leadership development experiences, industry education, and special recognition programs through Multifamily NW's ASPIRE initiative.

The cohort officially launches with a Kick-Off Mixer on June 4, where participants will begin building relationships with fellow rising leaders from across the region.
Over the next year, cohort members will receive access to:

- Discounts on select programs and educational offerings

In addition, cohort members will be eligible for consideration for the new ASPIRE Rising Leader of the Year Award, which will be presented at the 2026 ACE Awards.
