Survey Details
- All survey answers ought to be based as close as possible to the Snapshot Date of the Survey, which is February 10, 2026 – the same day the Spring 2026 Apartment Report Survey opened.
- Access to the Apartment Report Survey is limited to rental properties with at least 5 units.
- The 2026 Spring Survey will be open for approximately three weeks, through end of day Friday, March 6th.
- Logged in and don't see your property listed under your company's portfolio? Click here to quickly update your property.
