Q: Tell us about your company’s journey and core values.
Kim: We launched in 2020 with a big dream and a bigger heart. Our GROW values shape everything we do, from solving complex technical issues to creating a team culture that invests in people. We believe strong communities deserve service partners who are just as committed to growth as they are.

Q: Why is supporting Multifamily NW important to you?
Kim: MFNW’s mission aligns perfectly with our own. We’re all about building better communities—and that means supporting the property managers, maintenance teams, and industry leaders who keep everything running. Our work may be behind the scenes, but our impact is front and center when we support MFNW’s initiatives.

Q: Can you share a recent success story that highlights your work?
Kim: Absolutely. We recently completed a 153-unit repipe project in just six months—half the originally estimated time. We also replaced 60 water heaters, upgraded every shower valve, and installed a new pressure-reducing valve. Since then, zero emergency leaks. That’s the level of quality and care we’re proud to deliver.

Q: What’s ahead for your company?
Kim: We’re focused on growth—with purpose. That includes investing in new technology to streamline client communication, expanding our team and training programs, and increasing our community involvement. We want to keep showing up for the multifamily industry in bigger and better ways.

Q: What advice do you have for someone wanting to engage with MFNW?
