The Maintenance Legends™ program, launched by the National Apartment Association (NAA) in partnership with HD Supply, is dedicated to changing that by spotlighting maintenance pros whose compassion, creativity, and commitment turn everyday problems into legendary acts of service.
Why Maintenance Legends Matters

Monthly Heroes: Each month, three outstanding maintenance pros are named Maintenance Legends winning prizes up to $5,000.

Season Finale Grand Prize: At the end of the season, one person receives a grand prize, like a brand-new Ford F‑150 and a $10,000 check, as awarded to 2025 grand prize winner Cee Brown at Apartmentalize 2025.
What Does It Take to Be a Legend?
Here’s how simple it is:
